DeNovo® NT Natural Tissue Graft
|
DeNovoNT Natural Tissue Graft is a juvenile cartilage allograft tissue intended to provide surgeons with an early-intervention option for the repair of articular cartilage in a wide range of anatomic focal cartilage defects. It offers a single-stage procedure with fibrin fixation that eliminates the need for harvesting a periosteal flap. |
|
Juvenile Cartilage Tissue
|
DeNovoNT Graft consists of particulated natural articular cartilage with living cells. The tissues are recovered from juvenile donor joints. |
|
Single-Stage Procedure with Fibrin Adhesive
- Simplified surgical technique
- No need to harvest and sew a periosteal flap
- No donor site morbidity
Pre-Clinical Evidence*
Demonstrated in Equine Trochlea Model at 6 Months Post-implanation1 :
- Defect filling with a continuous volume of cartilage repair tissue after implanation of particulated cartilage tissue pieces.
- Minimal subchondral bone resorption; and
- No indication of tissue rejection/inflammation.
Clinical Experience
- Human clinical experience to date includes greater than 2.5 years of implant history
- DeNovoNT Graft has been used to treat focal articular defects in a wide range of anatomical applications (knee, ankle, hip, shoulder, elbow, great toe)
* Animal Study results are not necessarily predictive of human results.
